Refund Policy

This page is 9k School's own refund promise, and it applies to every course sold on 9k.school, in every country, however you paid for it: through Paddle, our authorised reseller, or by local transfer to 9K LABS LTD.
Fourteen days to change your mind
If you ask within 14 days of buying a course, and you have watched less than 20% of it, we refund everything you paid for it. You do not need to give a reason. For an order paid by local transfer, the 14 days start when we have checked that your money arrived and your access to the course begins.
How to ask
Email us at the address at the bottom of this page and tell us which course. Writing from the email address on your 9k School account, or including the order reference shown with each order on your My orders page once you sign in, helps us find your order faster, but neither is required.
If you paid through Paddle, we then ask Paddle to refund the payment to the payment method you used. How long the money takes to show up depends on your bank or card issuer. You can also ask Paddle directly, as its refund policy describes (paddle.com/legal/refund-policy).
If you paid by local transfer, Paddle is not involved and we send the refund ourselves, over the same service you paid with, to the account on that service that you give us when you ask; if you paid in a cryptocurrency, the refund is the same amount of it that you sent. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or on that service.
After a refund
Once the refund is made, your access to the course ends. You are welcome to buy it again later.
Your legal rights
The consumer law where you live may give you longer than 14 days, or other rights, when you buy a course online. This policy is in addition to those rights and never replaces them: whichever gives you more applies. Paddle's own refund policy also applies to a purchase made from Paddle.
Who makes this promise
9K LABS LTD, which operates 9k School, a 9k Labs product. The company is registered in England and Wales under company number 16423917, and its registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. Paddle is the seller on an order paid through its checkout, and 9K LABS LTD is the seller on an order paid by local transfer; the rules for buying a course are in the Terms of Use.
