Who we are

9k School is a 9k Labs product operated by 9K LABS LTD. The company is registered in England and Wales under company number 16423917, and its registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.

9K LABS LTD provides this site and the courses on it under these terms. How you pay for a course decides who sells it to you: through Paddle's checkout you buy it from Paddle, our authorised reseller, and by local transfer you buy it from 9K LABS LTD directly, as the Buying a course section explains. You can contact us using the email address at the bottom of this page.

Where things stand

The school has not launched yet. Right now the site describes the courses we are building and lets you join a waitlist. Joining the waitlist is free and commits you to nothing: it does not reserve a seat, promise a launch date, or fix a price. Course titles, contents, outcomes, and prices can change before launch. The rules under Buying a course apply from the moment a course goes on sale.

The waitlist

When you join, give your own email address and, if you choose to, your own WhatsApp number. Do not sign up other people or enter contact details that are not yours.

Typing a WhatsApp number is your agreement to receive a message from us when the courses launch. Leaving it empty means we will only email you.

Accounts

If you create an account, it is for one person: you. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.

An account can be signed in on up to two devices at a time, and can play lesson videos on one of them at a time. Signing in on another device signs out the one you used longest ago, and moving a video to another device stops it on the first.

We may close an account that is used to attack the site, to share course access with others, or to break these terms.

Acceptable use

Use the site as a person would. Do not try to break into it, overload it, scrape it, run automated signups, or get around the bot check on our forms. Do not post or send anything illegal or abusive through it.

Content

Everything on the site, from the text and images to the code samples, course videos, and materials, belongs to 9K LABS LTD or to the people who licensed it to us. Once you have access to a course you may use its materials for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them, or share your access with others.

Availability

We provide the site as it is. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change, pause, or stop any part of it. Nothing here limits rights that the law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Buying a course

There are two ways to pay for a course: through Paddle's checkout or, if you are buying from Egypt, by local transfer through one of the local payment services listed on the payment instructions page. You choose when you buy. Either way, the course itself is provided to you by 9K LABS LTD under these terms.

Through Paddle's checkout, Paddle is the merchant of record: you buy the course from Paddle as our authorised reseller, and Paddle takes your payment, charges and pays over any VAT or sales tax due, and issues your receipt. Paddle's buyer terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms), which you accept at checkout, apply to that purchase.

By local transfer, you buy the course from 9K LABS LTD directly, and Paddle is not involved. You send the payment yourself, through one of the local payment services listed on the payment instructions page, and then send us the receipt on WhatsApp with your order number. The payment instructions page shows the amount to send for each service and its currency, which for some services is a cryptocurrency. Your access starts once we have checked by hand that the money arrived.

The price shown at checkout, in the currency shown there, is the price you pay. Prices and discounts can change at any time; a change never affects a purchase you have already made.

A purchase gives you, the account holder, access to that course for as long as it stays on 9k.school, unless the purchase is refunded. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so nothing renews and nothing is charged again. Access is for you alone, as the Accounts and Content sections say.

If you change your mind, you can have your money back: we refund a course in full if you ask within 14 days of buying it and have watched less than 20% of it, on top of any rights the consumer law where you live gives you. The Refund Policy says how.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the school grows. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
