9k School is an online school for software engineering in the age of AI. AI can now write much of the code. Our courses teach what it cannot do for you: understand what you are building, why it works, and how to keep it working once real people rely on it.
How we teach

Engineering thinking before tools.
Tools change every few months. We teach the reasoning underneath them, so you can use AI to build real systems instead of assembling code you do not understand.
Lessons from software that shipped.
Courses come from products that reached real users: the trade-offs, the mistakes, and the habits that held up.
Beyond your own screen.
A project is not finished when it runs on your laptop. Courses cover what it takes to ship it and keep it running: Git, databases, security, testing, and deployment.
Arabic lessons, working vocabulary.
Lessons explain everything in Arabic and keep technical terms in English, the way you will meet them in documentation, error messages, and code reviews.

Khuloud Code and Chai GP Tea are original fictional mascots inspired by Claude Code and ChatGPT. Their employee records are imaginary, their job titles are aspirational, and neither has asked for annual leave yet.
Who runs 9k School
9k School is a product of 9k Labs, an independent lab that builds apps with character. It was founded by Abdelrahman Ismail, a software engineer and tech lead with more than twelve years of experience.
